My name is Olga Nikitina. I am a certified MassHealth doula provider dedicated to offering emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and birth.
As a mother of three—with each childbirth experience being unique—I bring not only professional training but also a personal understanding of the emotional and physical nuances of pregnancy and labor. These experiences deeply inform my practice and allow me to support clients with authenticity, insight, and compassion.
I am certified NICU doula, prenatal yoga instructor, a BRM® Pro, also trained as a CAPPA labor doula, and in craniosacral therapy (CST) for birth. I have completed the basic course from PSY2.0, a program focused on trauma-informed psychological support and personal development.
My story—including giving birth spontaneously while camping—has been featured in local news outlets and newspapers, inspiring others with the message that birth can be powerful, unpredictable, and deeply transformative.
Because birth isn’t just a medical event — it’s a powerful, life-changing journey. And you deserve to feel supported, respected, and deeply connected every step of the way.
If you’re hoping for a natural birth, you already know: it takes more than a strong body — it takes the right mindset, a grounded space, and someone who believes in you when you start to doubt yourself. That’s where I come in.
I am your steady presence through labor — holding space, offering comfort, guiding your breath, and reminding you of your strength when things get intense. I support you physically and emotionally, helping you work with your body and stay in tune with the sensations in your body during labor, no matter how your birth unfolds.
You don’t have to navigate the sensations in your body during labor alone. You don’t have to wonder if you’re “doing it right.” With me by your side, you have someone who’s been there, who gets it, and who will walk with you every moment until you’re holding your baby in your arms.
Birth can be beautiful. Wild. Intuitive. Empowering. And yes — natural.
With the right support, it’s not just possible — it’s yours to claim.

This knowledge empowers you to make informed choices, advocate for yourself, and build a respectful partnership with your care team—helping you feel supported and in control throughout your birth experience.
You also learn breathing techniques, comfort measures, and how to communicate your needs clearly — empowering you to be an active participant in your birth.
Childbirth prep helps your support team understand how best to assist you, creating a united, calm environment that promotes safety and trust.
Choosing to prepare for birth is a gift to yourself and your baby — it transforms anxiety into readiness and makes the journey smoother, more empowering, and more connected.
Your pelvic floor plays a vital role during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. Preparing your pelvic floor muscles helps increase strength, flexibility, and awareness—key factors that support a smoother labor and reduce the risk of injury.
Pelvic floor prep includes learning gentle exercises and releases that promote muscle tone and relaxation. It teaches you how to release tension during contractions and regain control after birth, aiding faster recovery and reducing discomfort.
By tuning in to your pelvic floor, you connect deeply with your body’s natural birthing abilities. This preparation empowers you to work with your body, helping labor progress more efficiently and supporting your pelvic health for years to come.
Investing time in pelvic floor prep is a vital step toward a more comfortable, confident birth experience and a stronger postpartum recovery.
